How the fixed-price model works
Every long-distance fare is quoted in writing before pickup. The number we send is the number you pay — no meter, no surge, no fuel surcharge, no late-night extras. Tolls (Dartford Crossing, where applicable) are included. The fare depends on three things: the recommended vehicle for your journey (E-Class, V-Class, S-Class or Ford Tourneo), real-world distance for your specific origin postcode, and the destination logistics on the day. We do not publish per-mile rates; the only number you need is the headline figure for your chosen vehicle on your route page.
How to book a long-distance chauffeur
- Pick the route page that matches your destination from the categories above. Each page shows the fixed-fare headline for E-Class, V-Class, Ford Tourneo and S-Class.
- Send the journey details by WhatsApp or email — origin postcode, destination, date, time, passenger count and luggage. Phone is reserved for time-critical bookings.
- Your Client Coordinator confirms the exact vehicle allocation, the gate or terminal entrance for your booking, and any timing buffer required for traffic or check-in.
- Receive the written quote with the fixed total, the vehicle registration of the assigned car, and the driver’s name. Confirm to lock the booking.
- On the day, the driver tracks your flight or sailing where applicable, pre-positions at the correct gate or terminal entrance, and meets you at the agreed point. Door-to-door, one fare, one vehicle.

Can the fixed-fare quote change after I book?
No — the written quote is the total you pay, regardless of traffic, tolls or driver waiting time within the agreed pickup window. The only situation that triggers a re-quote is a change you make to the booking (different vehicle, different date, additional pickup or drop point). Surge pricing does not exist on our long-distance routes.
Do you cover origin postcodes outside Farnborough?
Yes — these route pages show the headline fare from Farnborough GU14, but we cover the full GU corridor and Hampshire/Surrey/Berkshire from Aldershot to Camberley, Fleet to Farnham, Hook to Yateley. Your Client Coordinator quotes the real-world distance from your specific postcode in writing before pickup.
How long is the longest single-driver journey you do?
Edinburgh at 410 miles and Glasgow at 390 miles are the longest standard runs. For both, the overnight-return configuration is standard — your driver stays at a hotel on your account in the destination city and brings you back the following morning at a time you nominate. This is dramatically cheaper than two single trips and means the driver is fresh for the southbound run.
Are your vehicles compliant with Clean Air Zone and ULEZ?
Yes — all Mercedes E-Class, V-Class and S-Class in the fleet meet ULEZ, Bath CAZ Class C and Birmingham CAZ Class D standards. Ford Tourneos are ULEZ and Bath CAZ compliant. No surcharge passes through to you and no risk of a zone-entry penalty on your booking.
Who operates the route and what licence covers the journey?
All journeys are dispatched under a single Rushmoor Borough Council operator licence held by Dinez Carnay (25/00699/TXOPR-1/5). Where demand requires it, we extend capacity through approved third-party operators — fully vetted, licensed and insured — operating to the same service standard.
