How dispatch decides which car to send
Solo and pair journeys default to a Mercedes E-Class saloon. Families with luggage, groups of up to seven, and most wedding work go to the Mercedes V-Class. Corporate executive work — board meetings, investor pickups, airport collections with name boards — is dispatched as chauffeur-driven E-Class with a discreet, suited driver. Routine local hops within GU9 to GU16 are handled by modern saloons on the standard local tariff.
Hours, contact, and lead time
Dispatch runs 24 hours a day, every day. Airport pickups are normally pre-positioned 15 minutes ahead of your booked time, and 30 minutes ahead for flights landing in the 04:00–07:00 window.
