Frequently asked — chauffeur service
What’s the difference between a taxi and a chauffeur?
The car (always Mercedes), the driver (suited, professional chauffeur trained for executive work), and the experience (water, chargers, flight tracking, no meter). Same fixed-quote model — different standard.
Can I keep the same chauffeur all day?
Yes — full-day hire is one driver, one car, four-hour minimum.
Do you cover London pickups?
Yes. We pick up in central London for return runs to Hampshire and Surrey, and we run London-day-out journeys from any GU postcode.
Discretion as a working standard
Conversations stay in the cabin. Phone calls play through the car speakers only when the passenger asks. Cabin temperature, music, and route preference are noted at booking and applied without further prompting. For board-level work and high-profile clients, the driver carries no branded clothing, the vehicle wears no signage, and pickup happens at the side or rear entrance on request.
Vehicle presentation
Every Mercedes is valeted between bookings: interior wiped down, leather conditioned weekly, glass streak-free, and bottled water replaced. Suit covers, charger cables for the common phone formats, and umbrella in the boot are standard. The cabin smells of leather, not air freshener.

Routes most often booked
The daily pattern runs early Heathrow departures from Hampshire and Surrey towns, late-afternoon Gatwick collections, and corporate office-to-office hops between business parks at Cody, Frimley, and Hartshill. Wedding and event work peaks Friday afternoon through Saturday evening across the warmer months. Cross-country runs to Birmingham, Bristol, and Southampton are handled on the same fixed-fare basis with motorway tolls already in the quoted figure.
What dispatch needs at booking
Pickup address with postcode, drop-off with postcode or airport terminal, date and time, passenger count, luggage description, and a mobile number that the driver can reach on the day. For airport collections, the flight number is enough — the dispatch desk tracks the inbound and adjusts pickup automatically for early arrivals or delays.
