Service tiers
Executive
Mercedes E-Class, chauffeur-driven. The default tier for airport transfers and long-distance journeys. All business airport and long-distance bookings include a complimentary upgrade to Luxury when available.
Luxury
Mercedes S-Class, chauffeur-driven. For board-level travel, VIP visitors and bespoke airport meet-and-greet where the vehicle itself is part of the welcome.
WAV
Ford Tourneo with wheelchair-accessible ramp. Rear-loading and side-loading models available — please specify when booking so we send the right vehicle.
As-directed
Hourly, half-day, full-day or multi-day. Roadshows, multi-stop client visits, conference shuttles. The driver waits and follows the schedule.

Log in to your account dashboard and request a journey — passengers and addresses are pre-filled from your saved profiles.
We’re notified immediately
The request lands with the dispatch desk the moment you submit. Client Coordinators are on the desk 03:00–23:00 every day.
Coordinator confirms
A coordinator confirms within minutes with the assigned vehicle, driver name and reg. You receive the confirmation by WhatsApp or email — whichever you prefer.
Our drivers
All drivers on business accounts operate under the Chauffeur category — trained for discreet, customer-oriented service. Smart attire, vehicle pre-checks, route briefings, and flight monitoring on airport runs. Every driver is personally vetted and trained by Dinez Carnay, our founder, who stopped driving over ten years ago to focus on building and overseeing the operation.
Capacity & subcontracting
All journeys are dispatched under a single Rushmoor Borough Council operator licence held by Dinez Carnay (licence number 25/00699/TXOPR-1/5). Where demand requires it, we extend capacity through approved third-party operators — fully vetted, licensed and insured — operating to the same service standard. Your invoice still comes from one place, your dispatcher is still the same desk, and the audit trail is unbroken.
