How far in advance should I book?
Local taxi: any time, even right now. Airport transfers: at least the night before for early flights. Executive chauffeur: minimum four hours’ notice.
Are the prices fixed?
Yes. Quotes are fixed at the time of booking. No surge pricing, no surprises at the end of the trip.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track every airport pickup automatically. The driver adjusts to the actual landing time at no extra charge.
Are you the same as Dinez Taxis?
Farnborough Taxis EU is a brand of Dinez Taxis and Airport Transfers, the licensed parent company. Same drivers, same fleet, same dispatch — different focus.
Do you carry child seats?
Yes. Booster seats and child seats available on request at no extra cost. Specify ages when booking.
How do I pay?
Card in the vehicle, BACS for accounts, cash if you prefer. We do not require deposits for local bookings.
Do you carry pets?
Most local fleet vehicles carry small pets. Specify when booking so we send the right car.
Is there wheelchair access?
Yes — the Lexus SUV and Ford Tourneo accept folding wheelchairs. Wheelchair-accessible MPV with ramp available on advance request.
What is the money-back-if-late guarantee?
If we cause you to miss a check-in window through driver-side error, your fare is refunded in full.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — cancel up to 2 hours before pickup at no charge. Inside 2 hours, a 50% fee may apply for executive chauffeur bookings only.
