What we collect
When you book a journey, we collect your name, mobile number, pickup and drop-off addresses, time, passenger count and any flight details you supply. For account customers, we collect company name, billing address and PO references.
Why we collect it
To dispatch your booking, contact you about it, and bill correctly. Flight numbers are used for live arrival tracking. Mobile numbers receive driver dispatch SMS.
How long we keep it
Booking records: 6 years (HMRC retention). CCTV from in-vehicle cameras: 28 days unless flagged for incident review. Account customer data: until account closure plus 7 years.
Who we share with
We do not sell or share booking data with marketers. We share data only with HMRC (for tax), our payment processor (for card transactions), and Rushmoor Borough Council Licensing (on lawful request).
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or request deletion (subject to HMRC retention). Email bookings@dinez.co.uk with subject “GDPR request”.
