The brand, briefly
Farnborough Taxis EU is a chauffeur and long-distance taxi service operating from Aldershot, Hampshire. The trading brand was established in 2010. Its parent operation, Dinez Taxis and Airport Transfers, has dispatched cars in the Rushmoor borough since 2009. Every journey — local, airport, long-distance, business — is sent under a single Rushmoor Borough Council operator licence (number 25/00699/TXOPR-1/5).

The man behind all the brands
Dinez stopped driving over ten years ago to focus on building the brand. He still personally trains every chauffeur, sets the service standard, and oversees dispatch. He runs the operation from the dispatch desk at 151 Grosvenor Road in Aldershot.
Every car you ride in — whether it is the E-Class on a Heathrow run, the S-Class on a Manchester long-distance, or the V-Class on a family transfer — is dispatched by a team he trained personally.

FTEU brand launches
Farnborough Taxis EU launches as a dedicated chauffeur and long-distance brand within the group.
How we operate
All journeys are dispatched under a single Rushmoor Borough Council operator licence held by Dinez Carnay. Where demand requires it, we extend capacity through approved third-party operators — fully vetted, licensed and insured — operating to the same service standard. The dispatcher is the same desk regardless of which car turns up; the invoice still comes from one place; the audit trail is unbroken.
What we do
- Airport transfers — Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, London City and Farnborough Airport on a fixed-fare, chauffeur-driven model.
- Long-distance chauffeur — major UK cities on a fixed-price, charm-priced fare. Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham and more.
- Executive & Luxury chauffeur — Mercedes E-Class, S-Class and V-Class for corporate, wedding and VIP work.
- Business accounts — account billing, priority dispatch, dashboard self-serve, complimentary upgrades when available.
- As-directed transfers — by the hour, half-day or full-day. Roadshows, multi-stop, conference shuttles.
- WAV transport — wheelchair-accessible Ford Tourneo with rear- and side-loading models, on request.
Standards
Dispatch hours
Client Coordinators 03:00–23:00 · 21 hours every day. Brief overnight break while we prepare the early-morning runs, with an on-call line for emergencies.
Driver training
Every chauffeur is personally vetted and trained by the founder before being put on the rota. Smart attire, vehicle pre-checks, route briefings.
Vehicles
Mercedes-led fleet for chauffeur work. Ford Tourneo for group and WAV. All vehicles regularly serviced and presented for hire-and-reward inspection.
Insurance & licensing
Operator licence 25/00699/TXOPR-1/5 (Rushmoor Borough Council). Full hire-and-reward insurance, public liability, and approved third-party cover on extended-capacity work.
