Yes — at TAG Farnborough we are known to the handlers and can wait inside the FBO building for arriving passengers. For apron-side meets the handler escorts the driver and vehicle to the jet position, subject to that day’s operational rules.
How early do you arrive before a private jet lands?
For TAG Farnborough we are typically on-site 30 minutes before on-block time, tracking the inbound flight in real time. We re-time automatically for early arrivals (jets often land sooner than schedule on private flights) and we don’t charge for ATC-imposed delays.

Do you discuss passengers with anyone else?
No. Your driver knows the operational details — names, ETA, destination — and nothing else. Drivers do not discuss passengers, share images, or post about journeys. Discretion is the default for every booking, not an upgrade.
